Methods: only in a prosthetic environment - a non pharmacological therapeutic tool - could have the potential in giving dignity to the patient, reducing the use of drugs and restrains, not less important, reducing stress of the caregiver. The design method is multidisciplinary (geriatrics + assistance + architectural project), the components are space, colours, furnishing, design, light, technical aids, materials and vegetation.
